Summary: CIA Agents David and Constantine are partners in the Agency's Mindcrime division, working on a new project to combat the illegal usage of PASIV devices for extraction. There is also a secret, a lot of damage, and a slow train-ride into hell.
WARNINGS: Violence, some graphic imagery, and slash of course. David is not a healthy guy.

NOTES FOR FOUR OF CLUBS:
-This Fic stretches from 2002 to Feb. 24th, 2010.
-Constantine does have ED (erectile dysfunction). Maybe one or all of David's theories are right as to the cause. It just seems to fit his hesitant personality.
-I know you're not supposed to keep condoms in your wallet. Con does, too. He changes it every couple days and throws the old one out.
-The Bears did in fact beat the Giants on November 12th, 2006, Placing this at exactly November 13th, 2006.
-The Penthouse Executive Club really does exist in New York and does not belong to me.
-I have no idea if this stuff would really be legal to test in France via any kind of fancy rights-waivers or whatever. I took a little license to get them to France, which is where they needed to be.
-LNR, long needle receptor just in case it didn't equate.
-Napoleon Crossing the Alps actually has 5 versions, painted by Jacques-Louis David, none of which have ever to my knowledge been loaned to the Louvre. But it's a painting and paintings go in the Louvre, and they had no reason to visit the Musee at the Chateau de Malmaison or the Tuilieries Palace. There are any number of other paintings that I could have chosen, but I love Napoleon, so it was the one that came to mind.
-David's reference to 'Making it to Moscow' is from Napoleon's invasion of Russia in 1812, during which he actually routed the Russian army and conquered as far as the capitol, Moscow, only to find that all of the russian people had retreated further north, and burned the city behind them, leaving him no place to winter his army and letting the cold weather defeat the french instead of any Russian generals.
-A one-antlered stag. A unicorn. I worked this in just for you, you know who you are, and because it seemed to fit right here.
-My Tenses should be 'present' in LUCID logs and 'past' in the main narrative. Please forgive or point out any errors and I will repair them!
-Constantine, David, Champ, and Reece and the LUCID are the sole creations of my mind and any simmilarities between them and any other characters or people, real or imagined, living or dead is purely coincidental. They are all yours to use under the creative commons license if you so desire. Write all the AU's you want, I'd love to see them!!
-Ksenia, however, is only on loan and I can't take any responsibility for her, nor can I extend the use of her to other authors or fanworkers.
-INCEPTION and all characters, as well as the PASIV device belong to Christopher Nolan and I claim no rights to his world or concepts. I am not making any money off of this piece of fanwork. It's just such a fantastic place I had to play around a little in it.
