My usual problem with fandoms is that I devour the material of something I'm interested in at such a rate that I am usually a bit of a multi-candle chandelier in that regards. I mean that I get one particular shiny idea in my head, write the fic, and then that's over. I'm sure all of you can tell that already by the eclectic collection of random fandoms I write for.
I think I have finally found a fandom it might be impossible to exhaust the published material for. It's very liberating, and I can see why a a lot of people can write for only one fandom and become so versed in it. I have been absorbing Sherlock Holmes works at an alarming rate, and there is a still more alarming amount to absorb! I think I could do this forever, and I may have to if my goal is to read all of them.
