Boy did I ever open that can of worms

So I have been taking 'notes' (more like hand writing huge chunks) of a Due South/Supernatural cross over that promises to be of epic size at this current point. Problem being, I don't think anyone really cares to see those two fandoms crossed. Or if there even is a Due South fandom anymore. I mean that's pretty old, obscure, and hard to obtain on DVD. Well, okay I have it, but I wish it had frigging subtitles or closed caption or something. Maybe some remastering, the quality is pretty 90's television.

We'll see if I can't finish it and I know I still owe [livejournal.com profile] rabbitprint the TF2 fic, which I swear I am working on, it's just all handwritten.

Who wants to come be cognomen's transcribist?

See, I love Due South, but the american release DVD's are such a terrible quality. First, there's no CC or subtitles what-so-ever (I am hearing impaired - big deal for me!), and second, I may be spoiled, but no 'play all' function? :( Sad me.

Completely agree about the icky quality of the videos :( I used to play them on my laptop and the discs were so bloody difficult and would skip all the time too :(
